MC-33293Note blocks not continuing on relog

What I expected to happen was...:
for the song to keep playing when I logged back in
What actually happened was...:
I had to take the disc out and put it back in for the song to start over
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put noteblock down
2. put any disc in
3. log out, then log back in. The song isn't playing
