Other Player's arms aren't moving when watching them mining/placing blocks
When watching another player break blocks with a pickaxe, their arm doesn't move.

This is also happening in snapshot version 14w08a.
More than just a pickaxe. Breaking a block with shovel, axe and fist. It doesn't show the other players swinging their hand.
