going upwardes ( up to a other block )
BLOCK ID's:
"golden_rail 2" will when get powered turn into:
"golden_rail 10"
and not into: "golden_rail 11"
"golden_rail 3" will when get powered turn into:
"golden_rail 11"
and not into: "golden_rail 10"
