MC-60674Wither Skeleton Bug
I killed about 100 Wither Skeletons with a looting III sword and got 4 stacks of coal and bones, but not a single skull.
I expected to get a few skulls.
I didn't get any skulls.

I killed about 100 Wither Skeletons with a looting III sword and got 4 stacks of coal and bones, but not a single skull.

Skulls are a very rare drop. With looting 3, there's a 5.5% chance of getting one.
How long did it take you to get 100 wither skeletons?
Just tested this, and the first Wither Skeleton I killed dropped a skull. Random is random. Tried both with and without Looting, and various levels of Looting.
