MC-63151Rose Bush Glitch/Bug On 14w30b Server Release
Whenever a rose bush is placed down and later destroyed a Peony pops up for a split second and then disappears, which is an improvement from 29b in which is stayed up or longer. The server I run this on is a small 1gb server that has no more than 3 people on at once.

PC:
Intel i5 2.7 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4000
8gb Ram (3gb Allocated for Minecraft)
Windows 8.1
Java 1.7.0_65 (I use both 64-bit and 32-bit versions)
Jar File: minecraft_server.14w30a.jar

Same with : Double Tallgrass, Large Fern and Lilac.
Only happens if you break the the bottom.
