MC-64362Anvil durability is restored when Anvil is broken and placed back down
I have an anvil in my world and it was almost broken. I had to move it so I broke it and placed it back down. The texture changed to what appeared to be a new anvil. When I placed it back down again, it was indeed a new anvil. I did this several times with the same anvil.

Not sure if it matter but I tested this with both a single player world and on a server. Same result.
