White lines appear along clouds, probably to do with the anisotropic filtering.
They move constintly across the clouds.

this could be a problem with the resource pack, see MC-68765
To Lunarian: I use the updated version of java and im using the 23w12a snapshot. I log into a world and I have clouds enabled. These lines will appear.
To Peashooter: Unlike MC-68765, I am not using any resourcepack rather than the default resourcepack. Completely vanilla.
Try without a resource pack on.
