MC-69563*EDIT* Breaking 2 block tall plants
When breaking any 2 block tall plant will result in the peony drop animation, it will drop itself but it looks like its dropping a peony

Placing long grass on tall grass
When holding long grass in your creative inventory you have the ability to place it on tall grass. And when you do so, the animation for the peony drop coming out of it plays yet no peony is dropped.
