MC-71808/effect and /enchant command name argument completion is unlike /give
When I type "/effect Amrsatrio stre" or "/enchant Amrsatrio prote" and press tab, it does nothing, unlike the /give command. It should change to "/effect ... minecraft:strength" or "/enchant ... minecraft:protection". And when I type "/give Amrsatrio pump" and press tab, it changes to "/give ... minecraft:pumpkin".
To reproduce: type "/effect @p stren" or "/enchant @p prot" and press tab.
