MC-73647ArmorStands don't break when using the Invisible tag.
When summoning an ArmorStand with the nbt tag:
{Invisible:1}, the ArmorStand will not break in creative.
Note that the ArmorStand doesn't have the Invulnerable tag. Even if it did, it should still break in creative.
