if you die and put your computer on sleep mode for a few hours and then hit respawn then the tick speed increases (mobs move very fast and so does time)
how to reproduce:
1) DIE!
2) Put your computer in "sleep" mode for a few hours
3)Hit "Respawn"
4)All Done!
5)Exit Your World To Stop
