In full screen works has not the black borders. And the screenshots looks fine.

Windows 10 is in public beta, and as such, is currently not supported.
I have the same issue with Windows 10 beta. I guess we'll just have to wait to see if Microsoft somehow fixes it. But since Microsoft now owns Minecraft, they should have some minor support for the game.
