MC-84148Failing to eat causes animation
If you try to eat food with full hunger/in creative, it shows an animation, but nothing happens.
What I expected to happen was...:

What actually happened was...:
What i was trying to eat went up and down, like I was using/actually eating the item
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have food (or something you can eat) in your hand
2. Press the button you use to eat
