When using this command:

It will display the attribute again and again for every single inventory place.
It will display:
-When in main hand:
-75% Attack Speed
+4 Attack Damage
-When in off hand: (Despite swords not working)
-75% Attack Speed
+4 Attack Damage
-When on feet:
-75% Attack Speed
+4 Attack Damage
-When on legs:
-75% Attack Speed
+4 Attack Damage
-When on body:
-75% Attack Speed
+4 Attack Damage
-When on head:
