MC-92108Unuseable splash and lingering potions can be brewed
Based on MC-85842 the question arises why splash and lingering versions of potions with no use in splash or lingering form can be brewed and are obtainable in the creative inventory.
I could understand if you could get them by using commands, but there is apparently no reason why they are brewable and obtainable in the creative inventory.
For example a "Mundane Splash Potion".

Oh yes you are right, I thought you can still brew with them other potions, but I was wrong there, sorry. (source)
