MC-96592Entities with the NoAI tag are now affected by physics
In previous versions summoning an entity with NoAI would remove its AI and also prevent it from being affected by physics. In the latest snapshot this changed. It is not documented in any change log as a bug fix or feature, so im assuming its a new bug and im reporting it as such.
