MC-98726Redstone can be placed on top of pistons in 1.9 and it causes some strange bugs.
I'm not sure if this was an intended feature but I do like the idea. Sadly it has come with a few bugs which may be better to see in the video.
1. redstone on top of pistons break when the piston retracts
2. better visualized in the video. Strange block update
