MC-99029Water is visible through thick lingering potions
I was messing around on a minecraft realm and found this using an old texture pack (they haven't updated it yet) and found this working with clouds too. I thought to remove my texture pack and test this in a singleplayer world, without the texture pack I only see the water and no clouds.

Windows 10, jdk1.8.0_65, using max graphics
