MCD-1360No Sound / unable to join into a game
Please note that all de described issues still occur despite reinstalling the game and restarting the computer. The game Version I pruchased is the Windows 10 ONLY Version.
-When joining the game the ingame sound functions properly, until a button is pressed. Then the ingame sound completely mutes and can only be turned on again by repluggin the headset into the computer again. (This is not an issue of the headset, system sounds are audible when the ingame sound disappears)
-After reinstalling the game, the sound problem still occured, while another issue appeared. My character from before I uninstalled the game was gone. I guess this shouldn't be the case, when the game is connected to my Microsoft Account? Anyway, when I try to enter a new game with a new character I get stuck in the loading screen. The loading animation of the block in the bottom left corner stops, while the mouse cursor can still be moved. The game however does not react, even after waiting 5 minutes.
I hope you will be able to fix the issues described above as soon as possible.

Experiencing the same thing. As soon as I’m prompted to log in, sound mutes and even mutes my discord. Game freezes when launching a game (without sound) and crashes the PC
