MCD-1382Crash Upon Opening
Upon opening the game, it immediately crashes. Cannot get to loading screen. We have tried (bought it TWICE) it from the website (launcher) as well as the store. Neither work. My system is up to date at 1909, I have the Visual C + of 2015-2017, anti virus is now uninstalled. Multiple restarts. I've consulted two techs that I know personally that can't figure it out. Please help. This is extremely frustrating.

try this fix copied from
MCD-1111:So in short what is causing this crash is the game trying to play the .mp4 cinematics to start up the intro and logos etc. but failing to do so. If you can manually play the mp4 cinematics before launching it won't crash on the next launch.
Go to services.msc and restart "Windows Audio" service. You can check if it is fixed by going to the minecraft dungeons folder and looking up the .mp4 files and playing them manually. before the restart it kept saying "another app is controlling your sound", but after i restarted that service both that message and the u4 crashed have disappeared.
