However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
The Mason was never officially present in any publicly available release of the game (meaning that the only way he could be in the game would be through hacking or modding). As of the latest versions, he had been officially replaced with the Gift Wrapper merchant. The Diamond Dust had been removed from the game as well.
