Hi, I have a question .. so I bought this Minecraft dungeons game on your site, and I bought the Hero Pass separately on the microsoft store. When I get into the game I have nothing of this "Hero Pass" Can you solve it somehow?

you had to buy it in the same place. The hero pass you purchased on the Microsoft store can only be used with minecraft dungeons (windows 10 on the Microsoft store) and not the one on the minecraft dungeons website (compatible with windows 7+).
