I logged in and the game asked me to set up some settings like the initial launch, and my character is also gone. I didn't make any changes to the game file and the game did not crash the last time I played, which was a couple of hours ago.

Hey. I have the same problem my char's 80+ is gone and the game ask me for the setting like you.
ya, me too the whole account roll back to lvl 1
