Hi Mojang,
I wanted to make an issue report since I think this is a bug? But I logged in on my other laptop earlier today, with my Microsoft account, and when I logged in, my level 46 or 48 character wasn't there, but rather a level 1 with no stats. I don't know why my normal account wasn't there, but I haven't checked if it has been restarted on my main computer at home yet either.

Hey bro I have the same problem with you my level 61 or 28 character wasn't there too.
My account just backtrack to the yesterday.
How to I save my account.
I have the same issue. I usually play with my laptop and i have all my char's there but this morning i logged on my PC and nothing, any character.
ya me too, the whole account roll back to lvl 1... T_T
