MCD-2960Blocked after piston jumps - Obsidian pinnacle
It seems that if you attack (Shift + click / Right click ) while you're jumping on a piston in obsidian pinnacle, you'll end up getting stuck in the middle of the jump, and won't be able to do anything to die / respawn.
Reproduction rate is around 80% i'd say.
