Attempting to delete a character while on "create new character" deletes random character*.
What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing would happen when I press in on the left stick.
What actually happened was...:
Instead it pops up the are you sure screen. Pressing A will delete a random character*.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a character.
2. Make another character
3. Select on "create new character."
4. Press in on the left stick (on Nintendo Switch).
5. Press A.

*Deleted character may not be random; not much testing has gone in to it.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
