MCD-3710Crashes when loading into camp. Xbox one and PC.
STILL HAVING ISSUE AFTER 1.2.0.0
There is no send report button after game crashes. Videos below also a picture of my file info from Xbox.
This will be the same on Xbox and PC.. both versions are the Xbox gamepass versions but I have recently bought the game aswell to see if that resolved the issue.I've been playing for 2 weeks with no issues
So when I choose my character and it goes into loading my camp it loads for a minute and the audio freezes and makes that fun sound. Game crashes to dashboard on Xbox and crashes to desktop on PC
Things I've tried
- restarting Xbox through the restart function
- Clearing cache by unplugging and pushing the power button a few times to ensure all power is gone
- Uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times
- Deleting game data (lost my lvl 106)
- Uninstalling game then clearing cache and reinstalling game
- Loading game then disconnecting internet and trying offline only (this works but as soon as I go online the game crashes)
- I tried buying the add on
- Tried buying the full game
Side note. On the Xbox and PC my wife can play on her account still.
Here's where things go wrong. If I'm able to play while offline but the game crashes when it connects to a server for any online mode or play offline while console is connected to the internet it crashes.
I could care less if the PC versions works. I just want to play on my Xbox.
