MCD-4667I entered the game and my character disappeared
The day before yesterday I went to my beloved Minecraft Dungeons, through my Windows 10 pc, like any other time. But right away I realized that my avatar was no longer there. My game character was simply gone. I never deleted my character, and I certainly didn't do it accidentally, and nobody would do it on purpose either. Let it be clear that no one deleted my character, there was some kind of error, I don't know how or why. I was almost at lvl 80, had 2,000 gems, unlocked apocalypse mode, very pleased to get the new exclusive Halloween items, and everything went downhill when my avatar was no longer there. The most I was able to do was create another character from ZERO and redo the tutorial, to at least be able to play, but I got discouraged in a way ... I researched what could solve this on YouTube and the Internet, and I even touched the my file folder, but I did not succeed ... The game character did not appear! I don't know what to do ... I have no willpower to start all over again, especially now with the new Halloween items, which I obviously won't be able to have in time. To recap: I entered Minecraft Dungeons, and after that screen you '' press any button to enter '', and appears to choose avatar, online game, offline and etc., my usual character just wasn't there anymore. Just to be clear, the problem was not my disconnected XBOX account, and I checked "change character". I turned off the game and the pc a few times but to no avail. I hope you understood the error, I don't know how to explain it better. Thank you for already playing such a great game.

Well ... Nobody replied, but what I can say is that my other character that I created to at least play, that was a little more than Lvl 1 disappeared too. I will not create another one and waste my time if I am not sure that my game is simply not saved. Please, I need help, and I've even lost the exclusive Halloween items.

Anteontem fui entrar no Minecraft Dungeons pelo meu pc Windows 10, como qualquer outra vez. Mas logo de cara percebi que o meu avatar não estava mais lá. Meu personagem de jogo simplesmente havia sumido. Eu jamais deletei o meu personagem, e com certeza não fiz isso acidentalmente. Claramente ocorreu algum tipo de erro, não sei como nem porquê. Eu estava quase no lvl 80, tinha 2.000 gemas, modo apocalipse desbloqueado, muito satisfeito por conseguir os novos itens exclusivos do Halloween (aliás, ótimo trabalho, hein), e tudo foi por água abaixo quando meu avatar não estava mais lá. O máximo que eu consegui fazer foi criar outro personagem do ZERO e refazer o tutorial, pra ao menos poder jogar, mas desanimei de um jeito... Pesquisei sobre o que poderia resolver isso no YouTube e na Internet, e até cheguei a mexer na minha pasta de arquivos, mas não tive sucesso... O personagem de jogo não aparecia! Eu não sei o que fazer... Eu não tenho nenhuma força de vontade de recomeçar tudo de novo, ainda mais agora com os novos itens de Halloween, dos quais eu obviamente não vou conseguir ter à tempo. Eu comprei o jogo e cheguei a comprar os primeiros dois DLCs novos. Agora eu espero que me ajudem a trazer minha conta de volta, não é? Recapitulando: Eu entrei no Minecraft Dungeons, e depois daquela tela que você ''pressiona qualquer botão para entrar'', e aparece escolher avatar, jogo online, offline e etc, o meu personagem de sempre simplesmente não estava mais lá. Só pra deixar claro, o problema não foi minha conta XBOX desconectada, porque ela estava conectada, tanto que eu podia ver meu nick, WoodsPena, lá. Tentei e tentei achar o problema, reiniciei o jogo e o pc algumas vezes mas de nada adiantou. Espero que tenham entendido o erro, não sei como explicar em mais detalhes, e espero que isso seja revolvido o mais breve possível. Grato dês de já por jogar um game assim, tão incrível.
