The Arch Haven mission fails to spawn.
I see now that it's a bug for many platforms. Some of the platforms have the issue resolved.
It's not for resolved for Xbox One.
Is there a workaround or are Xbox users stuck?

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Are you referring to the location with the secret scroll not generating when you enter Pumpkin Pastures, or the Arch Haven mission failing to start when you try to select it while in the Camp?
If it is the former, then are you absolutely certain that the mission does not generate at all? The location with the scroll (a small ship that can randomly appear in one of the dead ends) is intended to have a very small chance of generating, which can sometimes result in it not appearing for over 50 playthroughs of the mission. To maximize your chances of finding the ship, make sure to do the following:
1. Only search for it in the part before the drawbridge, and quit the mission if you do not find it there. While there is a chance it might appear after the drawbridge, it takes less time to look for it that way.
2. As soon as you enter the mission, open the map to check how many secrets are present. If you've already beaten Obsidian Pinnacle, then the mission will have 2 guaranteed secrets, meaning you should only search if there are 3 secrets shown or more. If you haven't beaten Obsidian Pinnacle yet, then there will be only 1 guaranteed secret, meaning you should search when there are 2 secrets shown or more.
If the issue is instead the Arch Haven mission failing to start when you try to select it while in the Camp, then could you please elaborate on how the issue occurs, and possibly upload a video of it?

Perhaps I was misinformed by a youtube video that said you must have at least 3 secrets and it's after the drawbridge and I do recall one time having 3 secrets and I could never find the last one.
I will try this and maybe this week I'll finally find this.
The constant back and forth between mission and camp eats up a lot of gameplay time which I don't have much of.
So if it's not a bug then it is a feature issue.
Please consider sparing the user of the constant back and forth by increasing the span rate.
Especially if the visit count is over 200 and still hasn't found the secret.
Or allow the user to see the number of secrets and chest available like you do with gear drops and artifacts
After one full hour of back and forth to camp and pumpkin, I was able to reach the secret. I completed the Arch Haven mission but as luck would have it, my character's experience nulled out. To fix this you simply switch users and go back to that one and it resets back to your achievement experience level. By doing that it removed the completed Arch Haven mission and now I have to do it all over again.
Next time after I unlock the secret I will exit the game so the autosave won't break.
