When the daily trial says the only arrows you have are Firework Arrows, or Torment Arrows or the Fire Arrows, the icon doesn't always stay on those, so if you're spamming arrows, you will actually use some of your stash, and potentially run out of arrows. Maybe this isn't a bug, and it's working as intended...

Never mind, after I played more, I recognized it's doing what It should be, using an arrow every time. It's because I had infinity enchantment on that caused the appropriate arrow icon to show up.
