Hello,
Since the beginning of the Minecraft Dungeons release, I've been able to play it for a few hours but unfortunately I can't play it anymore because the site doesn't recognize that I bought it.
I currently have 2 accounts: a microsoft account and a mojang account. I bought Minecraft on the Mojang account as well as Minecraft Dungeons but I had the misfortune to take it from my microsoft account. Now I have to switch each account to play either one.
Moreover, Minecraft dungeons crashes because it installs and uninstalls an add-on "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2015". So by this fact I don't have access to my game anymore.
Hoping to continue my Minecraft Dungeons adventure under the name of Boleas with all my experiences and equipment, I wish you a good day.
