What version of Nintendo Switch are you playing the game on? The regular one, or Lite? Is your Switch using the latest system update?
Also, can you please provide a video showcasing the issue, if possible?

I am playing on the latest system version 11.0.1, using the regular switch model.
I cannot capture a video on Minecraft Dungeons because when I try to capture a video, it says "Videos cannot be captured from this software". Somehow its disabled for Minecraft Dungeons.
