MCD-5681Xbox s game won't load on main profile
Hi there
My son has been enjoying playing this game for a few months and gas got really far through and has lots of good equipment. A few days ago for no apparent reason the game now fails to load on his profile. When loading the game he can sign in but before reaching the main menu the game just hangs. There is a red cube in the bottom right hand corner that just keeps spinning but that is all that happens. His profile name is connordj135988. If we sign in as another profile on the same system it works fine. We have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but this did not resolve the issue. We do not want to delete his save game files as he will lose all the hard earned equipment he has got. Please help. Kind regards Andy J

Did you try signing out of the profile within the console itself and then signing back in?
