I have bought minecraft dungeons windows 7 and bove via Paypal. I cant actually play the game and i dont know why. Ive tried everything reinstalling the minecraft launcher, trying to buy it again but it sais that ive already purchased the game. Please help me.

Can you please explain exactly what happens that prevents you from playing the game? Is it an issue with the launcher, or with the game itself?

It’s the launcher itself. Every time I go to the minecraft launcher and go to minecraft dungeons I can’t play the game. It said that I have to buy it. But I’ve already bought the game.
I want a refund so that I can buy the game from the microsoft store.

The issue is caused by the merging of the Minecraft and MCD launchers, and by the fact that in order to play Minecraft Dungeons, you need to be logged into your Microsoft account within the launcher, not the Mojang account. We're tracking this issue in
