I preorderer Minecraft Dungeons all the way back in 2020, before May 26th of 2020, the release date. I then played the game for a while and at some point stopped playing it.
Now I want to play it again, but it doesn't work. I first just started the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher, as it used to work back then, and it showed me that I had to use the normal Minecraft Launcher. I went over to my Minecraft launcher but there is no "Launch", "Start", "Play" or whatsoever button, but a button that says "Buy now".
However, I had already bought it, why should I buy it again and why doesn't it work?
It can't be that I bought it on the Microsoft Store either, as it doesn't show up there (Screenshot language is German as I wasn't able to set it to English, "Kaufen" means "Buy" in German)

The issue is caused by the merging of the Minecraft and MCD launchers, and by the fact that in order to play Minecraft Dungeons, you need to be logged into your Microsoft account within the launcher, not the Mojang account. We're tracking this issue in
MCL-16570, which contains extensive information that should hopefully help you resolve your issue.If the information from the above ticket does not help in resolving the issue, please contact Mojang Support.
