Been playing a 10-12 hours a week over the last 6 weeks with 4 players on a single console. We get on average 1 crash a week where there is a lot going on on the screen and the game video and sound locks up and the game crashes. It crashed twice today on the Frosted Fjord and Gauntlet of Gales. Every time it has crashed there is a battle going on with many monsters and status effects (e.g. critical hits) going on when everything freezes. If there's a way to turn on crash reports on my console I would be happy to do so.

Are you playing the game through Xbox Pass? The answer might help us narrow down the source of the issue.

I first tried the game on GamePass but bought the Hero Edition last year and have been playing that. I don't have an active GamePass or or Gold subscription so we are playing offline games.
Does the crash occur only when playing on high difficulties and/or with multiple players?

I believe the crashes have only happened on Adventure and Apocalypse difficulties. We have been playing 4 player couch co-op every time.
Version 1.10.3.0 has been released today. Is this still occurring in this version?

Took me a while to get a chance to play it a few times but so far so good. We've played at least 6 maps with no crashes. Several times the game has dropped frames and frozen for a split second like it was about to crash, but it never did.
