MCD-6486PS4 & PC Online Play Error Report

When the network is turned on from 0:00 on Saturday, Japan time, a crash and error occurred in the PS4 version, and it seems that it is continuing at present.
Similarly for the PC version, in addition to the above, it seems that errors occur frequently even when off.

Yeah,I have crashed more than 25 times recently.I tried many methods to solve this problem but failed.

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
Please make sure to use the Report Problem option whenever a crash occurs that causes the CE-34878-0 error screen to appear. This will allow us to investigate the issue further.
