MCD-6511Death Barter causes quiver artifacts to go on cooldown
When Death Barter is activated quiver artifacts go on cooldown. Quiver and pet artifacts should only go on cooldown when the pets die or I, the player, die. This shouldn't happen when Death Barter is triggered because I did not actually die, I was saved from death.
