MCD-6659Minecraft October/Halloween Event quest does not count to my progress
I started playing MCD recently again. So I was playing the new Minecraft Dungeons Seasonquests for the new event when I wasnt logged in. Then I logged in again to save my progress to my Microsoft account and to get the event rewards. When I opened the tab and checked my progress, the quest I have done before I was logged in didn't count to my progress.
Now after I did 4 missions in total it still only counts as 3.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue has been closed as Working As Intended. Progress in seasonal events is only being kept track of when you are connected to online services.
