i already had this issue but i thought with the java inclusion it would work but it didn't

Did you migrate the Mojang account to a Microsoft account? If not, does doing so fix the issue?

i did not because i would like to keep them separated, when i buy a game on my Java laumcher i would like to keep it on my java account and don't want to "need" to migrate to microsoft for this. is there a way to debug the game a bought ? if not i would like to get my money back.

i just tried it, i can install it with my microsoft account, but how is this possible ? i bought it with my Java account, is it possible to switch the game from one account to the other ? or am i really obligated to play with my microsoft account ?

Minecraft Dungeons can only be purchased and played through a Microsoft account.
