I don't have access to recording software on my nintendo switch and the game doesn't support the 30 second video captures.
The diamond key door wouldn't open after I used the key on it and then my friend just walked through it.
I tried to record a video when that happened to me and I was reminded that you can't record the 30 second videos on Minecraft Dungeons as it is not supported anymore
If it is not possible to provide a video, then can you please provide a screenshot showing the affected area?

Ok, i'll try my best to get a screenshot of the affected door, it's the phantom key door, it may actually be broken citadel.
