After the 1.13.1.0 update,the radius of Satchel of Elements had been decreased about 3 blocks,but I did't see anything about this change in the latest patch notes.I didn't think change this without telling us is a good idea.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Thank you for highlighting that this change wasn't mentioned in the patch notes. While we try to include as many changes as possible, there may be some that don't get documented for various reasons - but again thank you for mentioning this one.
