I can't collect premium rewards on steam, even though I unlocked the tiers. On launcher I can collect both track's rewards just fine. Note: On cloud I have the enderling skin. This is why I have alex skin on steam version of the game. The photos where it says "already claimed" are from my launcher version of the game. Edit: I completed two missions and the rewards for both seasons have unlocked

Did you purchase both Seasons on both platforms? Seasonal Passes are only active on the platform they were purchased on, as detailed here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4416089241997
