MCD-7120An error in the shipwreck area of Frosted Fjord that prevents me from getting out
I was playing Frosted Fjord on Apocalypse +9 and reached the secret frosted shipwreck, where there's an arena battle. After I've cleared all the mobs, the door should be open, but it didn't. As shown in the video, I searched everywhere for missing mobs but couldn't find any. And there're no other ways for me to leave. So I was stuck in there. This is the 2nd time I've played this level and I've defeated a raid captain. Was this because of certain gears or artifacts then? I've got no idea and hope you can find out why and fix it.

Does the issue occur again when replaying the mission? Did you make sure to check the upper level of the ship? Was the battle music still playing at that time?

It seems like probabilistic. I've replayed the mission with exactly the same gears for several times, and in some of the attempts the issue happened again, but not all. Every time I've totally checked every corner and finally ended up with nothing found. The battle music was still playing normally.
Can you please provide screenshots showing your current gear and the enchantments on it?
All of my current gears have been uploaded as screenshots. And usually I use Love Medallion very often to avoid high-damage enemies and take use of them to defeat other mobs. I think this very likely has something to do with the issue, but I can't be sure right now.
I was playing on Apocalypse +9 all the time.
