MCD-7258Characters not available on their newest level
After updating, we are a family of 4, when I login on the main account I can see all the characters on the newest version, me lvl86, wife lvl58, son lvl85, daughter lvl19; if my wife join on multiplayer, she can choose her character on the newest level, but if my son and /or daughter join, they see their characters on an old version with a way lower level, my son sees his character on lvl21.
Same happens if my son login by himself.
the current version of the las update is actually 1.27, but this cannot be chosen on the drop list

No, is not the gear that is on the wrong level, but the characters, I can see all 4 characters on the newest level on the main menu, but when my kids join the game, they see them in a lower level. Example, if I open the game, I see my son’s character on lvl85, but when he joins and try to choose it, his character shows as level 21.
Same thing happens if he opens the game and I join.
Is "1.27" the version shown in the Settings? If yes, can you please provide a screenshot?
My apologies, the 1.27 is the version update, the build is: 1.15.1.0_1203.

Does this affect gameplay? Do they receive lower level gear because of this, or is it only a visual issue that results in an incorrect level being shown?
