MCD-7598Progress being reset backwards a few levels sometimes
A friend of mine has been playing a lot, and basically their progress is being reset backwards sometimes when they play, the believe it to be every time they update the game, they are currently on level 198 and are missing a solid 30 levels and items and such. We had previously switched from Xbox one to ps5, and as of recently, it's happened a lot more. When we had first gotten in as well, the backup save they had literally had lost any progress on the villagers, other than having them.
The version of the game, according to the ps5, was 1.29, but that was not an option

Sorry, I was mistaken, it is ps4 to ps5, we had previously been on Xbox one, but had moved to ps4, played from the beginning up, then moved it to ps5. And an update to this, on the ps4, the progress was indeed saved. Also the progress was saved vis downloading ps4 to ps5

An update since then, the person I've been talking about has been dropped to 181 over the duration of a few weeks, with the each log in, it is still dropping the level. Can I please have some answers for this, as this has been consistently happening, and I've had no response to this.
