MCD-926Jumping outside the map
On Pumpkin Patches where you come across the larger ship, you can climb the hill behind it and roll over onto the top part of the deck where the "steering wheel" would be / where the book on the table is. If you then jump backwards towards the little sand island off to the south of this you are out the map.
(At first I thought getting to this point would be the secret in pumpkin patches but the visuals proved otherwise).
