MCL-10303There is no minimal verical size for the window, so you can resize it to just the title bar.

What I expected to happen was...:
The launcher would just resize to a small amount and stop resizing vertically, like most applications do.
What actually happened was...:
It resized till the end and all that was left was the title bar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resize it verically all the way to the bottom
This does not occur while resizing horizontally. (it stops)
