Hey ehm. I'll try to translate that in English.
At first make sure to copy your saves and resourcepacks because it can be that they get deleted. And i dont know if Multiplayer works, u have to try it.
If you want to play:
- Right click on the Launcher and click proberties.
- Go to Compatibility and when there is no hook by ''Run this program in compatibility mode for'' set one.
- Search for ''Windows Vista (Service pack 1) and click it.
- Apply and press ok.
- Start the launcher and the launcher ist like an older version but u can run it with 1.14.1.
- Now it should work.
So that works for me. Don't know if there is any other way to play Minecraft with this issue because i also tried everything.^^
And if u want to get the Newest launcher you have to do same way but Set ''Windows 8'' and not ''Windows Vista Service Pack 1''

turn your computer off and back on - i'm not joking. it happened to me on bedrock and that's how i fixed it, maybe it will be the same for java.
tried cycling the computers power for java edition, still having issue
To Fix You Have The Game Open At The Point It Is Stuck At Then Restart Your Computer Then Do Not Connect To The Internet When You Open The Launcher Then The Game Should Load All The Way Then You Can Connect To The Internet
When the game is at the basically 90% loaded and i guess its going to stop like it did for me try to go into Task manager -> Details and Shutdown all Minecraft Launchers in there Hope it works
exactly the same, ive tried everything. nothing works, ive been running mc through a mod launcher which is unreliable and i cant play multiplayer, i really hope mojang fixes this soon.

I FIXED IT! I right clicked it, went to properties, found compatibility and ran the auto checker, the launcher isn't compatible, so it'll change the settings so that it works.
Having the same issue for 4 days now and I just want to play some Minecraft. an issue when the sims 3 runs but not Minecraft T.T
