I pressed 'play' but launcher just turn off with no crash- report
I don't know why.
I deleted minecraft launcher and restarted , but it didn't work
so I deleted Java , Pycharm, Anaconda but still not working

I don't know where the launcher log is..
Is it in %Appdata% .minecraft?

The same thing is happening with me aswell. I was just about to create a report, it's been happening since 03/07/2019.
Hello! We're sorry you're experiencing this problem. In order to diagnose the problem, we need to look at your launcher log file. It's called launcher_log.txt, and can be found in your Minecraft folder. Please attach it to this bug report.
well there are no my bug log. I've been like this since today and I can't find any log made after yesterday
The same thing is happening with me i just updated java and restarted my pc.

That's a launcher log file from a session when you have not attempted to start the game? Please try to start the game, then attach the new launcher_log.txt. And if more people have the issue, feel free to attach your logs to this issue as well.
